Aims & Scope
Following a multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach, this conference calls upon researchers and professional practitioners from various disciplines (Management, Urbanism, Architecture, Sociology...) on an international scale and aims at the following objectives:
- Opening the debate on professionalizing training at the University, according to their reference paradigms and approaches;
- Clarifying the notion of competence in relation to experience and practice in professional situations;
- Shedding light on ways to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit among academics;
- Engaging in a reflective attitude on innovative curricula to improve the employability potential of graduates;
- Impulsing a quality approach, encompassing: management, governance, inclusion, innovation, digitalization, as well as internationalization;
- Strengthening the role of universities in innovation through project management practices;
- Identifying the recommendations necessary for a better management of university professionalization training programs.
